The versatile CF series fillers will handle almost any liquid to highly viscous products that can be filled into cartridges or tubes ranging from 1 oz. to 32 oz. in size. 1 cyl. Fillmaster 5000 table top model
This model will fill liquids as well as highly viscous productssuch as caulks,sealants and adhesives.
Can Fill both 10 oz and 30 oz size cartridges.
Video1 cyl. Fillmaster 5000 with CI-83 Cap Inserter
This version of the Fillmaster 5000 includes a portable floor stand and has the optional cartridge lift mechanism for bottom-up filling. The operator simply places an empty cartridge into a holder, presses the foot pedal and the machine lifts the cartridge over the filling nozzle and it is filled as it is lowered.
2 cyl. Fillmaster 5000 with tube lift for bottom up filling
This version of the Fillmaster 5000 is the same as the 1 cylinder above, but will fill twocartridges at the same time.

Single Nozzle Model CF-18X Semi-Automatic Filler & Capper
This machine works with a press pump shown below. Product is fed directly to a piston filler. The operator places an empty tube on the nozzle which activates the filler. The cartridge is filled from bottom up. The filled tube is placed on a fixture which positions it for the cap to placed and pressed on by the machine. Caps are fed from a vibratory bowl which is included. Up to 20 + tubes per minute can be filled and capped.
Single Nozzle Model CF-25 Automatic Filler & Capper
This machine also works with a press pump shown below. Product is fed directly to a piston filler. The operator hand loads the tube magazine with empty cartridges and also loads the cap hopper with caps. The machine will then automatically feed the empty cartridges horizontally to the machine conveyor, where they are filled from bottom up and then automatically capped. Up to 30 + tubes per minute can be filled and capped.
