The Principle
The Fillmaster 5000 is a very versatile, heavy duty piston type filling machine. This model fills from water thin to highly viscous products as well as those containing large vegetables or particles. This model has a 3-way valve with sanitary quick disconnect fittings for the hopper, cylinder and nozzle.
How it Works
1. The piston takes an intake stroke drawing product from the hopper through the 3-way valve. 2. The valve plug shifts 90 degrees 3. The piston pushes product out of the cylinder through the nozzle and into the container 4. The valve plug shifts back cutting off the flow of product
Operation
First the operator loads product into the hopper. Then the volume of fill hand wheel is adjusted to the desired setting. an empty container is placed under the filling nozzle. Each time the foot pedal is pressed, the machine dispenses the exact volume it has been set to fill. The machine operates one cycle at a time and shuts off until the foot pedal is again pressed.

Stainless steel and food grade plastic contact parts, (four) 4 or (ten) 10 gallon hopper, anodized aluminum base plate with stainless steel panels, cylinder, piston, filling nozzle, air logic and foot pedal.
